If you've not seen it yet, there have been multiple moves over the past few years that will lead to a direct softening of our military.
When combined with the controlled collapse of our economy, this spells certain disaster with respect to a pending invasion being resisted.
China already has plans, leaked from a defector, for how to storm our west coast and work inward from there. Their plan includes concealing troops and equipment in shipping containers on normal trade vessels. They'll have all major west coast docks under control within the first day.
Russia would be an obvious ally to them in this effort.
All of South America has produced a slow invasion over the past decade or two.

Back in college, it was assumed that Japan would become the world leader in business, and it would be pertinent to learn a bit of Japanese to stay competitive.
I went only as far as to buy an English to Japanese dictionary, and that was about it. Turned out that trend wasn't as prophetic as had been proposed...
But what do we expect the next leading language of the new world order will be when the US finally falls?
If you live, what should you learn to speak to get along in the new normal?

I'm reminded of the short-lived TV series "Firefly". In that world, a new language had emerged which meshed English and Mandarin, due to China's influence back on Earth and being the other superpower along with the US that came together to get humanity off of the dying planet and into the stars.

Thinking Chinese. Thought for a long time about Spanish but that won't be needed. Russia may play a part but china will push them out quickly after they use them.

It seemed the obvious answer to me too.
But I'm not sure China would be able to sustain an invasion long enough to actually take over. They don't have the funding.
That got me thinking about the Middle East. Saudi Arabia and Dubai have tremendous funding, but no logistics.
Combine the two (or three with Russia) and who outlasts the others?

The middle east may have the money but nothing as far as military, weapons or technology. I don't think anybody in the middle east will have the stomach to risk it all and go against the US. Anybody else for that matter. What will they gain?? Why not sit back watch the games and profit off the tragedy.

China doesn't have to invade anything. Just pull the plug sit back and wait a couple years. We will welcome them with open arms. Bring some food and connect the power back on and they will be hero's. Especially after uncle sniffy and son roll out the red carpet.

I keep hearing rumors that China is about to go insolvent as a country. And I mean, in weeks.
You think there's any truth to that?

If they go belly up, they won't be mounting any kind of attack against us and we'll just default on all the debt they own. What are they gonna do? :ROFLMAO:

The way China is expanding their military, both numbers and technology, puts me on edge. The only threat to China is the US. Nobody else has the military power that we have. So why the build up??

China wants to be the worlds next super power. The treatment of their citizens goes to show how far they will go. The Belt and Road policy shows the plan. Who's the only country in their way??

We all need to learn to talk to ourselves, in a language that each can understand, and convince ourselves, that the enemy is not at the gate. The enemy is within.
The fall of our republic is being caused by the criminals in government,
The doctrine of non confrontation looses every time.
The Red wave in the mid term election will not save you.
Learning to speak Chinese will not save you.

Realization of where the problem lies, by a percentage of the capable, and the commitment to act, and suffer real consequences is the only move left.

I wonder how many jews, who had been labeled, sanctioned, loaded on trains, worked as slaves, been starved, pushed into incineration rooms, while climbing the walls with torn out fingernails were wondering.
If I comply more will they stop,

Saw it, loved it. Shed a tear for Wash.
It was a decent end, but that show was so underrated.

Possibly one of my most favorite shows of all time, own the DVD of the series and movie, and yea that was a tear jerker moment...

Also love the Firefly theme song, wish they played in in the movie, I use to push mute on the opening credits while I played the Ballad of Serenity theme song to correct their mistake for not playing it themselves lol.

I tried a PC game once called "Hardspace: Shipbreaker". You're a salvage worker in a space dock dismantling ships for a living, solving the puzzle each holds so you get maximum payout and avoid detonating fuel pods and reactors with your laser cutter. Ha. It has a soundtrack that gives me Firefly vibes with the old school acoustic guitar riffs. It's a good way to destress... right before you accidentally trigger a violent decompression and get jettisoned out into the vacuum of space. 😁

The only PC game I was into years ago was a game called M.A.X. It was a military strategy game that had it all. You had to build factories for airplanes, ships, and ground vehicles while at same time scout the area for the enemy. To make your vehicles move faster you had to build paved streets, bridges. You built & flew AWACs Fighter jets and bombers, for protection you built anti aircraft rocket launchers, Artillery for ground vehicles, and rail guns for enemy troops.

They also had a premade scenario battles you could choose to do.
