They either know something is going to happen there or it will be a safe place. Survivors will need the water and food they just shipped there or they will be hit and will need the supplies. I noticed that they didn't send massive supplies at my region 5 area. A'm I just on the hit list? I did see on the news tonight that the Russian meteor and the one in California might just be the beginning of a week long event.

LOL Para. Get out the tin foil rolls. It just seems odd to me that they have been stock piling supplies in region 3 for they past couple months and now on the news I see that we might be in line for a lot of interstellar debris. They are stockpiling supplies for the DC metro area but not for my area.

No secret FEMA has been building High tec under ground bunkers and DHS started working with them some years ago.
Pictures of the darn things all over the place. For awhile even FEMA posted information and pictures of some of them.

What are the FEMA regions? Where do you find out what's going on where?

They have also been prepositioning utility crews and others for a grid down practice drill planned for the 13th and 14th. I think it is called Gridex . It all just seems too coincidental. I bet they know there is a big rock headed towards Hayden's house so he won't need no food and water.

I hope not.

With everything they have been doing for a while, it's hard not to believe that something is going on. From all the extra ammo to increasing stockpiles of mre's to the firing of 9 top generals. Add in the recent UN treaty signed, a request for UN troops for Region 3 and other things it's enough to make me don my hat.

Luckily that treaty failed in the Senate, it had 46 supporters though so expect it to resurface at sometime in the future, but for now it is unratified and not in effect for the US.

My buddy from a few doors down called and wanted to borrow a tool. He is a prepper also so before he arrived I had made a little tin foil hat and was wearing it when I answered the door. We couldn't stop laughing.

It didn't fail in the Senate, Harry Reid tabled it. This way it can be ratified when they get the votes they need.

I don't know how true this is but Dick Morris said that the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties states the treaty can be enforced until it is ratified or rejected. As long as the gov doesn't act on it, it remains enforceable since it was signed.

Dick Morris is right. If it just sits there without anything further being done with it, a future Senate 20 years from now can ratify it and it will go into affect.
However, I heard (on Fox maybe) that a future president can "un-sign" it as well. I don't know if that is true or not.
