Never spend money on a food storage bucket again!
Survival For The Poor guy, thanks for your input. buckets are a big component for a lot of peoples storage. maybe they are throwing canned goods in to buckets so the can grab them up in a hurry and get going. Anyway good luck on quitting smoking. there is a drug called chantix that is highly effective in smoking cessation. the money you will save in the long run can buy you a lot of preps good luck with all your endeavors man.

I get mine from a local restaurant (usually had meat in them) or the WallyWorld bakery (those smell wonderful since they had cake frosting in 'em). The ones I get from the restaurant are the sturdiest 5-gal buckets on the planet, and the lids have the rubber seal in them.

I've never paid a cent for a food-grade bucket.

My friend tried chantix and had horrible nightmares and turned suicidal. The doctors pen is twitching to write me a subscription but im unsure about it.

Bakeries, Delis or buy them. In the big scope of life it ain't no big damn deal. I'd rather have them and pay for them then figure out how to get them for free. When it comes to food, water, medicine or shelter, I'll pay for quality.

^^^ Ditto That ^^^

If you try to use buckets without the gamma lids food does not last nearly as long. And many places that sell gamma lids only sell them with the buckets. I am 100% in agreement with my good friend Slippy. A dozen brand new food quality buckets with gamma lids are about $150. Even if you are working a minimum wage job, that is only about 2 days of work. So work 2 days to stay alive? That seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Im going to start a YouTube channel where I show everyone how to build the perfect bug out bag from Walmart and dollar tree, because you don't need good stuff, and all those companies are just hype for amateurs.
And I know my ideas are best because I've played all the zombie video games and hardly ever had to do a game over.

And there's no need for a YT channel for building a BOB from WallyWorld and the Dollar Store.
