Just heard on news the weapons came from Cuba. Cuba says the weapons are obsolete. They also say they were sending them to NK for repair. If the weapons were obsolete and no good then why would they spend money to transport and repair them?

Cuba is definitely not our friend but their leadership seems a bit more mature than NK's.
