Don't look for a prepared list as that will be too broad and general. You need to create your own list.

Fridge, freezer, furnace, sump pump, well pump etc. Do you want to keep the internet on? Ignite your gas stove? Keep your burglar alarm and/or security cameras up and running? Do you have an electric car charger? Calculate what you'll need to keep those critical items going. Then double that so you'll have the capacity to add a bit later.

Don't get all excited and start figuring in the AC, hot tub, electric water heater or dryer because 'it would be nice' or 'as long as I'm doing this...'. Next thing you know, you'll be talking $5digits.

Start with minimal batteries but plan on adding capacity down the road. Meaning... don't get a charge controller capable of x watts and x amps. Plan on ending up with z watts and z amps and purchase a controller capable of handling your expansions. This way you won't be buying a new controller every time you add some solar panels or batteries.

Winds is way too expensive because you can’t make it up and enjoy it all the time. Way too inconsistent.
Same with solar... you'll have cloudy days. And the wind can blow at night.

Solar is your best option. It is easy to scale, add too, grow over time, and yes you can even add batteries to store for night use.
You can store wind power in batteries as well.

There's pros and cons to each. If you can swing it, get both.
