One way is to soak in a milk/cream solution for an hour or so then dredge in seasoned flour and fry it like fried chicken in veggie oil.
I love to do frog legs the very same way!!! Hey Box of Frogs!!! I could "use" a box of frogs right about now!!! All this food talk is making me mighty hungry!!!! :giggle:

Mmmmm! Deep fried frog legs.
Real, fresh caught, preferably Florida Everglades frogs.
Not those nasty farm raised Louisiana frogs.
(You can tell by the size - the big fat ones are farm raised)

I took some of our garden cucumbers, spiral sliced them and mixed then with spaghetti and some sesame seeds and asian dressing. Hubs is fixing some steaks on the grill.

I found a rabbit in my garden this morning that didn't realize, until it was to late, that he had a terminal case of lead poison. He's simmering in the pot waiting for the dumplings. Some fresh bread is baking in the oven for tomorrows meals. I think it will go good with some fresh cackle berries, homemade blackberry jam from last year and some of the lightly smoked deer sausage I traded for last month.
