thats nice, but I hate Florida.. to visit yes, but I lived there for years and ugg.. I feel like that whole sate is going to break off and float away. Id rather be up on the mountain.. which is what Im aiming for.. my father is in TN and had 2 set ups for 2 homes on it.. the property was $50k and taxes were only like 300 a year. That to me is more my range for bug out location.. however if I win the lottery, I found a few decommissioned missal sites that appealed to me, and at least one of them is already done and ready to move in.
