A woman in france had a son born on September 11th. She named him "Jihad" and sent him to school with a shirt that said "I'm a bomb!" and had his birth date on the back.

If my kid came home with a suspension slip in his hand and said, "Daddy, I beat little Jihad's ass and when his mom came to pick him up I bit her." We would be on our way to Toys Are Us with a blank check.

She "faces" 5 years in prison.......But she's in France.

Ughhh.... Ummm, Whew....DAMN! Glutton for punishment is she? I'd say she's an idiot, and should've culled the name and the shirt. But...it's her business what she names her child, but the shirt is pushing it a little far I'd say.

In the USA we are supposed to support a fredom of expression, freedom of speech and the right to act upon those freedoms. Why would anyone name a child "Holy War"? What would possess a mother to dress her child in a T-shirt that says, "I am a bomb"? It is stupid to put a child's birthdate on anything they wear and when that date is an anniversary of the most horrific act of terrorism in the USA? Well, she and her brother are getting their 15 minutes of fame... and paying dearly for it. I feel for the boy. How do you correct the damage of knowing your name means "holy war"? He is old enough that he will always remember it even if it is changed now.
Can anyone be that ignorent or even that stupid?
