I agree, but they have to be ready for a fight, because it will happen.

It doesn't matter which armed branch of the government violates the Constitution, it's still a violation and should not be allowed. As I have said many times, What you allow, You encourage! They WILL continue to violate the Constitution until the people put a stop to it and it shouldn't cost the people an arm and a leg by going through the court system to stop it, which is just another arm of the government that is controlled by the government, so how well do you think it would work for the average citizen? When you play by their rules, the odds a stacked against you and the government makes the rules.
