Does anyone have any solar powered phone chargers or ever used one? I am only interested if it's under 100 bucks more interested if it's cheaper still like 12-40 bucks

Check this site out. They have a kit to build a solar phone charger. It uses a Altoids can for the case. They are easy to build (with You Tube) and give a little personal satisfaction that you did it your self.

I purchased this one and it is the one I would suggest for a dedicated smart phone charger
