If all goes bad the remaining 10% that survives will be living in the 1600's. If they are lucky. Is that life worth living??

That remains to be seen. It could be. It will not be easy but it could be worth it. Then again, who knows?

The 90% prediction was given to Congress in a report they commissioned by The EMP Task Force, headed by Dr. Peter Pry.
