The only increase in production of electricity in the US is “green.” Most notably solar and a few greenie projects. Meanwhile electric vehicles are being pushed if not even forced into play. Each of these cars needs almost as much electricity as a house. A small house depending, but still. The EVs are set to exceed a million sales this year 2023, and 2 million next year. So the US has added 2 million or more cars to its need, 3 million more in two years ahead, and only a few solar panels added to make up for it. Supply. Demand. Price the future for electricity is higher cost thanks to the government.
