Check to see how many messages (inbox, outbox, sent items) you have to make sure the box isn't filled up. Lets start there.

Must had been mine filled up. Default for everyone was set to 50 messages, awhile back I changed this to 100 messsages. We'll see how this goes and what it takes up now. Thanks for your help!
