Over the road driver prepping

i need some advice. I am an over the road driver and am not allowed any kind of weapon. I am allowed flash lights (mag light) and a knife no more then 3.5 inches. I would like more ideas/thoughts on how i can best prepare.

You are incorrect, the government will tell you that commercial vehicles are not allowed to carry weapons. That is legally and morally false. You ARE allowed to carry a gun in the cab of your truck, especially if it has a bunk. When you are inside of a car, that is considered your habitation or domicile. You ARE allowed to have a weapon inside of it. Anyone who tells you different has never read the law or spoken to a lawyer.
