Now come on Sarge, can't be that hard. You and I spent most of our adult lives living in an environment where we were kept in the dark, fed BS 24/7 and were expected to grow.

So Mushroom have no real nutritional value .But they do add something to a meal. Many grow wild in some areas , but they are easy to grow.
