Went sailing out of SF Bay today, out past the golden gate, prepping for a sail to Hawaii this spring hopefully. I didn’t see the news about DC until probably 5 pm PST. Viewed many different web sites, watched Tucker and a bit of Hannity, and flipped the TV off to see interviews online and read threads about the events as they happened. I feel like I am no longer fitting into the American landscape,
First I thought the people pushing and even fighting their way into a public building were hero’s. Then I read some may have been lead in by antifa types looking to make Trump look bad and I thought so what? These people are protesting a serious flaw in our system / of governance. Who cares if they break a public buildings window, who cares if a door is busted and then I read about Ms. Babbit and see the video of her shooting, why did any officer feel the need to take that shot? What threat was she? Was she armed? IDK
My take on this is simple. A felon pops a lot of drugs, passes bad checks, runs into an idiot cop and we have lots of dead people, billions in private property damage, “mostly” peaceful (BS) protests and endorsements of all that by the media, socialist politicians and the Hollywood crap artists. It generated billions yes billions for “BLM” and they used it to steal the White House and senate. Another felon, rapes his wife, and then at gun point reaches into his vehicle and gets shot. More riots, more dead, more looting and billions more lost and given to BLM. Plenty of support from socialist and the rest.
Now 12 hours from the time Mrs Babbit is killed it’s due to a presidential election fraud, disbelief and worthy mostly peaceful protest. The results are in. Not one conservative pundit, not one Republican, and not one interview do I see where by anyone is standing up and saying these people in DC and Mrs. Babbitt were right! I do. They were right to protest, fight, disrupt and challenge the fraud challenging the Republic. Why is no one publicly stating this? It’s infuriating !
