Does anyone have experience with canning/vacuum sealing mustard to extend shelf life? I was at Walmart recently and saw that they had no mustard. After doing research I learned that there is a mustard shortage so I bought a large supply online. Now I'm not so sure it was a good idea but can't tell for sure as there is so little information about extending mustard shelf life online. All suggestions appreciated, including donating it
