Hey everyone,

Im in sales for a believe it or not a billion dollar company. I feel like down the line more and more people will apply to the jobs and eventually push out the old reps and in with the new?? Im sure it might be for alot of businesses? tell me what you think?

Its a pretty good possibility Mikey. Not too many jobs these days are all that secure. Just reduce your expenses and liability as best you can and put yourself in a solid position to weather any storm that might approach on the horizon. Thats what I am working on at a feverish pitch these days. I am almost there to the point where I can live on my retirement check and not have to work unless I just want too. The more independent I get the better I feel each month!

Maybe retired but I still work.
Today it went like this Bob good news this will not effect you. As you know coal is a major part of our revenue steam . Coal is under attack we will be cutting 4500 jobs before 2016.
Really how do I take that as good news, because it does not effect me how can it not effect me to see this happen for no good reason except someone wants to use coal at a political weapon.
There is a storm coming, how many are watching the signs ?

meh even my company is on the chopping block. i dont stress it. i trust god and i trust the process. i have been featured 4 times last year in a national property mngmnt mag and fot nat prop mngr of the yr 2012. its definately my time to move on after 11 yrs of no promotion. i work for a small company so there is no promotion to be had. i just want to be happy.
in any event i will move on even if the co doesnt fold.
and im not worried. there is no such thing as job security unless you work for yerself.
