wow... that's one way to build a quick BOL. Then seal it so it stays water tight and bury it to make it a small hill. Plant grass and bushes on it, and mask the door with some larger shrubs.

I wonder what the floor is made of?

"Has the potential for lasting for over ten years." Why should it deteriorate? Freeze and thaw?

Arch construction is strong but covering with earth seems questionable.

I thought cement hardens over time and ceramics need heat to harden. Which is it a ceramic or cement?

Also seems like it would need to be sprayed inside to complete the sealing process. It seems to have joints of some kind. If not why wouldn't changes in temperature cause it to crack and leak?

Very interesting, we were looking at it on watch a few months ago. At the time they were marketing it towards military and it was not available for civilian purchase. Possibly to bring cost down for bulk production. It was pretty heavy of course, its concrete! so it would probably be best to have it at the location already than to haul. With that why not set it up prior eliminating the necessity of fast.

10 years? Would think a cement building covered with dirt would last longer than that. Pricing?
