I'm not sure why Nancy Polosi would have 5 cases of ammo, but yea I'll take them.

About 3 years ago, I managed to make an awesome deal on cases of Austrailian Nato 5.56, and cases of Federal .45 ACP and 9 mm. A shooting buddy passed unexpectedly. Since his boy was not into shooting and didn't want it, his wife sold me the entire lot of 8 cases (1000 round each) for $2000. Even though I offered her $5000, she wouldn't accept the extra, because we had been friends in IL for decades.
On the way back from Phoenix to Yuma, it got very warm and I put the top down on my Sebring convertible. I made a stop for fuel and the nice looking woman on the oposite side of the pump was gawking at the cases of ammo in the back seat. When she stepped thru the pumps, I was expecting some kind of anti-gun rhetoric to start spewing from her. To my surprise, she asked, "Would you consider trading ammo for sex."
Needless to say, as attractive as she was, I said, "Sure, what kind of ammo you got and how many cases are you willing to part with?"
So, yeah, I guess so!

Kewl... the Prince of Darkness handing out gifts. Not. I don't buy into these 'selling ones soul to the devil' pacts. It's just a fable used to scare and control unruly children... like so many others in many societies across the globe and throughout history. Besides, if it's "no questions asked", then there's no agreement to begin with.
Yeah, yeah, yeah... I can hear some of you already. "Hey, you're not in court of law!" Not relevant. All of these 'pacts' require one to fully understand the consequences of their decisions. They know the ultimate outcome. So if the requirement is I 'make a deal', then in this case, there's no deal.
Back to the question: would I take the ammo? No. But not because of any moral righteousness. It's because the devil wouldn't want me to start with.

Besides, if God wanted me to have more ammo He'd give me more ammo. He's already giving me 50 years to stock up, if I don't have enough already, it's my fault.
