I am a Vietnam Veteran so that tells my age, living in Southwestern Colorado. I am an Author and Editor of several books on long term survival and have had a survival website for a couple years. Also do survival consulting mostly for individuals but also working with 20th Century Fox and TNT. I am always looking for new ideas and concepts of surviving. I am amazed at the inability of the general public to grasp the importance of preparing to survive a national Catastrophic event.

Yeah, its amazing...after the LA Riots, Floods, Tornados, Katrina and now Sandy, you would have thought that by now a lot more sheep out there would have gotten a little bit more of a clue. Just goes to show how many stupid people there are in this world walking amongst us all. The way I see it, you can either be the Hammer or the Nail.
