Hello all, just wanted to say hi. Coming to you live from the base of the Big Horn Mountains in Wyoming. I'm excited to become a contributing poster and also learn as much as possible from everyone on the forum.
Don't forget the Florida Crackers. We got a lot of cattle here as well. Been doing it longer than Texas, too. St. Augustine just celebrated it's 500th birthday.:grin:Hey wait a gosh darn minute there, everybody knows that all the real cowboys are in Texas!
Welcome from Texas and glad to have you here with us. Hope to see you around and see you often!
Thats all the jokers from California and up north east that have moved here and tried to "blend in" and aint nothing but posers! And your right they do look like a bunch of bafoons dont they, all I can do is shake my head and laugh and keep walking past them. Its even funnier when you see them wearing a black 10x felt hat in the middle of August and its a 110 degrees outside. Then there is the number of them that own 50K plus jacked up 4 wheel drive turbo charged diesel trucks with 22 inch rims and off road tires on them, a winch up front, push bumper when the the last time they were off road it was to wash the truck off in the grass of their front yard. Then of course there is the Bone Collector sticker and the Browning Buck Sticker in the back window to boot too! Apparently their idea of deer hunting is a stand over a feeder too. I guess sometimes its hard for them to feed an ego huh?Welcome from Minnesota.
Lunatic: Can you please explain one thing to me about you Texas cowboys... How come ya'll wear your jeans inside your boots? I have always loved going to Texas, but ya'll look like a bunch of buckaroos! :-D
It's like a quote from a Texan in the book "The Millionaire Next Door"................ "Big hat no cattle".Thats all the jokers from California and up north east that have moved here and tried to "blend in" and aint nothing but posers!
