I have seen any powder on the store shelves in a couple months. The last time I was at our gun store, they did have one pound of pistol powder on the shelf, but it was a brand I had never heard of. When I asked the owner of the shop if it was any good, he said it was made from sawdust and Muslim piss. I left it there.

I actually bought powder and primers just last week at the local Sportsman Warehouse and even a local Gun and Archery place had both available. So don't know about them taking anything on a federal level since they couldn't even pass bills the majority was in favor of. As for coming to get anything hardly likely at all.
