Hello friends,

To produce some vegetable and seedlings (herbs, perennials...) I built a garden greenhouse with old Windows and door.

For frame I Used a recycled beams from my old deck. Operating since 8 years...

Looked at your site, very interesting journal of construction. Seems like a very strong design.

Two questions:

Does hanging tools, electrical boxes, shelving, etc on the walls block enough sunlight to be significant? Just curious.

Do you have to have a local building inspection for such a structure?

Did you consider using translucent fiberglass roofing panels? They would seem to be a tougher material than plastic sheeting. They make panels nowadays that are almost clear, and non-yellowing. Your Greenhouse is magnificent...Great Job there K.O.T.N.!!

Have you considered Plexiglas to reinforce the predominately wind exposed side/roof?
