Michigan would consider it concealed carry. In the Mitten State(UP included), there is no legal way I can remember to transport a pistol in a case without a Concealed Pistol License.

We can't even have firearms in a parking lot of an establishment that sells Beer,Wine or Liquor.

With this being Firearm Deer Season,a lot of people are in violation of this little known law.

But we can carry them dangling off of utility hooks and carabiners all over the backpack.

i don't care what California calls it. they sell it at my gun range, but i saved 30 bux doing it online. just use it to transports my handguns to and from the range or to blm. i find i need this and my two rifle case. its a pretty good hump up to the rifle range this makes it easier to bring all my fun and i can still carry my purse :)

Looks useful and organized. By the photo I would say it is set up to be more for transportation than concealed carry. Though if you live in a area where the neighbors are nosy. A range bag that outwardly looks like a backpack may be the ticket to get you some stealth.
