Another interesting thing that I have noted when using these smaller canister or anything of the like. They make you more cognoscente of what you are consuming. Especially if it is an expensive or hard to obtain resource.

Diesel generators are expensive to buy. How much would a small solar system cost that would power two 13 cu ft chest freezers?

How much power do they pull and are you talking about full time power or just for a short power outage?

Time to go solar but NOT right this minute. In about 7-8 months solar sales are going to plummet thanks to a California screwing up their market place. Lots of folks are rushing to get solar in place driving the panel and inverter market up right now. Once those orders are done watch them plummet in price again.
