Nice forum so I thought I would join

I am a retired LEO, a retired soldier and also retired from the Federal government and my wife is hoping i find a new career soon.

I am in my mid-sixties so hoping my youth won't be held against me.

I have been a low to mid intensity prepper for more than 25 years and a real serious HOLY CRAP! prepper for the last three. My 'preps' will never be done but I am in pretty good shape and now starting to think about forming a mutual assistance group.

I belong to several similar forums but always looking for more ideas and thoughts.

"USAF, Retired: Let's limit all US politicians to two terms, One in office - One in prison, Then Hang 'em."

And thank you for your service also.

And we already put our governor's in jail after one term. We have two in right now, one out on parole and the other dead of natural causes.

We're still working on the hanging part

Howdy from Texas,

Thanks you for your service. From one Vet to another. We've been prepping for a better future for over 12 years and for us each day does look brighter.

It's been our experience to learn and benefit from others who have come before us. It is our secret recipe for avoiding the mistakes and pitfall of others. Learn, practice and horn your skills. I hope to see many post from you so that we can benefit from you as well.

Hope for the best and prep for the worst! This requires making plans and re-evaluating those plans (from time to time). Now is a better time to start than any.

Warmest regards,
Troy B

It's from a print by artist Joe Kline and 'customized' to show my unit's markings. I was a crew chief door gunner on a UH-1C gunship from Jan 1966 to September 1968
