Hi,
We're a family who have started forming a nomadic community here in Colorado. This is a new concept and we'd like to meet up with anyone interested in joining. We're going to be spending the next 3 months looking for people here in Denver and after that we're moving on (that doesn't mean you can't join, just that we won't be in Denver). Time permitting, we'll be able to go all over the country doing this. We're not an official organization or corporation or anything but I threw up a webpage kind of describing what we're doing

All these multiple threads looks like SPAM to me

I think there are nomadic groups like that already bumming around, they are devotes of the Grateful Dead and they are known as Dead Heads.
They regularly come to the Ocala National Forest in Florida and trash the place up.

Spam would imply that I was asking for money which im not, or annoying people which I don't think I'm doing either. I posted it multiple times so different people would get to see it. You sound like someone trying to stop the general public from organizing. There is nothing wrong or illegal about what we're doing and I'm not even going to respond to the notion that we are ' bums ' . This is nothing more than an uneducated jab at something unfamiliar. Now would you please leave this thread and let people who are interested in seeking more information before persecuting, ask the questions.

Placing the same copy/pasted message in multiple forums is also considered spam, actually. Regardless of whether you want money, you are simply advertising your event on the board and not trying to become part of the community for any other reason. Spam.

When someone in north Florida tells you not to stop, make sure you do not stop. Especially if you are passing through Santa Rosa county. They might be my kinfolk. They really don't like strangers. :shock:

The fact that the two front gates stay chained and padlocked shut 24/7/365 whether we're home or not is a tip-off. The signs on the gates that say "No Tresspassing" and "Beware Of Dogs" is another.:shock:

A sign at the entrance to my drive says Keep Out, Private. We mean what we say around here. The only SPAM I like is in a can or in a pan.

Just don't ever read the nutrition label if you're over 50 or so. What ya don't know won't hurt ya!
