We don’t know anything about you, your age, family size, location, current preps, financial situation and most importantly, how serious you are about prepping. Nor do we know today the conditions in your community when you arrive here, such as what are you able to buy now and stockpile.

So this is our plan. We are going to let you walk around and look at the plans others have left behind that researched first and then calmly executed for their particular situations. This way you can see all aspects covered by their plans and then you can determine what you can and should do immediately and then come back and re-look at what you may have overlooked.

Preparations are best done by a group of people working together so get your team involved as much as possible.

If we eventually find one plan that is perfect for a family with very little time to get it done it will be highlighted so you can start there.

All panels are downloadable as PDF files so you can quickly put them on your computer for safe keeping.

7. Water - 1st Most Important In Survival. Download this Panel to be done

First read panel 4. Family Prepping focusing on Water section.

If you got the shutout of water filters then consider:

1. Inventory several bottles of UNSCENTED bleach.

2. Fill a long tube sock with sand (perhaps gathered from creek bed)
and filter any fresh water (stream, rain, etc.) slowly through it to remove debris.

3. Purify the water using Bleach method, Boiling method or Coke Bottle method.

Purifying Methods: Note: Only bother to purify drinking/ cooking/medical water.

Bleach Method:
The old standard stand by is adding 1/4 teaspoon of unscented bleach to a gallon of water. If it is
muddy or full of debris filter it through sand and/or cloth first.
If you taste bleach the pour through the air back into the container allowing the bleach to evaporate or just wait an hour.

Boiling Method:
Allow the water to boil for at least 1 minute.
Depending on how high above sea level you live, you may need to boil your water for longer than 1 minute.
As a rule of thumb, for every 5,000 feet you live above sea level, then boil your water for an extra 3 minutes.
After boiling add a pinch of salt to water for flavoring.

Coke Bottle Method:
Place in plastic bottles laying in the sun for several hours. Best if they are on something black.

8. Food - 2nd Most Important.

First read panel 4. Family Prepping focusing on food section.

In a short term survival situation calories are more important over nourishment.
Focus on rice and egg & spaghetti noodles as these are the best and cheapest way to deliver calories.
They both store well but put the noodles in a plastic box for rodent proofing.

Purchase all the canned beans you can get (Black,Red, Pinto, Kidney, etc.)
When a small amount of beans are eaten within 8 hours of rice, the rice is converted to protein - a substitute for meat.

From there get canned cream of Mushroom and chicken soup, all types of tomatoes, tomato sauce/paste, spaghetti sauce,
powered sauce mixes.

Bottled Sauces: Soy, Worcestershire, hot, etc.

Dry Spices: Garlic, salt, onion, pepper, oregano, basil, Cajun, Ginger, etc.

Add some canned Spam, Tuna, Fruits, green beans, mixed vegetables, etc.

Plan On: Rice for breakfast daily and Rice or noodle meals for dinner.

Note: Never rinse the nutrients sprayed on white rise off!!

Note also: Anything in a tin can is fully cooked.
Therefore, with the above foods you only need a 15 minute fire to cook the rice or noodles.

9. Shelter - 3rd Most Important.

First read panel 4. Family Prepping focusing on Security section.

1. If concerned about looters and you live in a mobile home or camper be prepared to shelter elsewhere.
You cannot defend from inside.

2. The best place to be is in a brick home.

3. The next best place is in a wooden home.
Be prepared to put plywood in front of the wall around windows about 6 to 9 inches of dirt
in the cavity between it and the wall to protect a defender.

Organizing your local community during the chaos for group problem solving.
This section is designed to help all counties rebuild their communities.
Hopefully grant money will be available for this but it won't be totally necessary
as each community can create their own bank and create their own script money to accomplish this.
