As long as Citadel or any other similar survival group stay within the law I wish them every success..
If people join and decide they don't like it, they can always get out and go back to the world outside if they think it's a better place to live.

In fact now I come to think of it, walled communities have been THE NORM for thousands of years, so Citadel's proposal is nothing new..
