No, nothing wrong. I'm not complaining. But because I did not see a subforum created for suggestions to better the site, or to answer questions about the site I thought I would create this thread in this subforum.

First off let me say I think this place is great. But while there seem to be many subforums where many topics could be placed I would like to see some more specific subforums. Specifically primitive skills.

To me, this place seems to focus too much on the general catch all forms of prepping. And while it is a wonderful thing to bring this type of information to the unknowing. I am sure that there are many here that are fairly well versed in the general prepping areas. There are many that know a good bit about the simple methods of prepping. And yes, primitive skills could easily go into the General Prepper and Survival Talk, or the Urban and Rural subforums. Though I believe that this place would benefit from a more succinct subforum that focuses on these essential primitive skills.

Everything we know now is because of what our primitive ancestors learned thousands of years ago. And while we have tools and gizmos designed now to make these simple skills easy to learn I honestly believe that it would behoove everyone to know the basics of these skills.

Can we please create a primitive skills subforum?

Oh. I must not have scrolled down far enough. I'm sorry. Can a mod move this there please? I hate to make more work for ya. But wouldn't feel right creating another thread on the same exact subject in a different subforum.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
