Alright a little background, I grew up in the U.P. of Michigan and now live in Wisconsin. I am going to be going up to my home town for Christmas and need to know if I can conceal carry. I have my concealed carry license for Wisconsin, so my question is can I legally concealed carry in Michigan?

One important thing to remember - just because your permit is recognized in another state, you must be aware that the laws may be different in the other state. What you may carry, where you may carry, etc.
For example, my Florida license is a Concealed Weapon Or Firearm License. In Florida this also covers knives. When I cross over into Georgia (almost daily) I have to be careful which sheath knife I'm wearing that day if my shirt is untucked to not run afoul of Georgia concealed blade length.
Also, in Florida a store with a "no gun" sign does not carry the weight of law, all they can do is ask me to leave. But in North Carolina such a sign DOES carry the weight of the law.

Handgun law is a good site.but, with the recent events with cc in Wis. I would call the Michigan state police to see if they allow reciprocity between the states yet and any bylaws like,cc in vehicle or not, etc, since you will be a visitor.

Michigan has reprocity with the Cheese State.

You must notify Law Enforcement immediate upon being stopped that you have a pistol and Permit. Concealed Pistol License in MI.

No Concealed Carry in schools, hospital, bars, churches mosques, synagoues temple or other place of worship, day care center, child placing agency, stadium, dorm or college, casino. Copied from my CPL backside.
Plus all the Federal crap.

IANAL nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn last night
