This is a very versatile recipe. You can make it spicy or not, add corn, sausage, chicken, very good and easy recipe.

4 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped or sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 med summer squash
2 med zucchini
1 roasted and chopped green chili (if you use canned, get whole peppers and chop, they have more flavor)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Cumin, salt, and pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in butter. On medium heat, add squash and saute until tender. Add chili and other seasonings and let simmer for a few minutes. Total time is about 15 minutes.
