Blood transfusion shortages are already a fact. But what about blood transfusions from
those vaxxed and with blood subject to high protein spikes?

You need to prep if at all possible. We recommend you store your own blood,
its a difficult process and requires outside help, Here is a little clip we found
on preserving blood

Blood is frozen at 120 degrees below zero Fahrenheit in a complex process using a biological antifreeze solution that protects the cells. When thawed, the antifreeze is removed under sterile conditions. Idant stores blood for 10 years, but it has been shown that blood frozen and stored in this manner can be kept safely up to 20 years.

This is another concern preppers should address

I've heard of some blood centers being set up which only allow what is being referred to tongue-in-cheek as "purebloods" to donate.
Donating blood is always free, from my experience.
But what cost is involved in a service which takes your blood, freezes it, and stores it for you?
This came from the same article I read about the storage of your own blood. Storage costs about a dollar a day. There are other fees involved in collecting, processing, and storing the blood. For more information, call Idant Laboratories at 212-330-8500, or visit their website at www.idant.com.

Looks like you pulled that info from the Life Extension website; specifically from an article from October of 2006.
The Idant website linked there is no longer accessible.
Is this still a thing?
Yes, it was pulled from the site you mentioned. Sadly, I am not sure of the best place to freeze your own blood in the US, I have a great lab here in Panama that it can be done and saved and its only about $10 per month for storage.
