Any news of the guy that was killed in the bunker?
did he know the boy, did he know the bus driver?
just googled it, and only found that the boy is doing ok (thank goodness).
cant even think how bad this could mess up the child.

I don't think the man knew the child at all. He casually knew the bus driver I believe, I think I heard that the man had done some work for the bus driver in the past. The boy is doing fine, the community has helped out in any way they could. The man with the bunker was known to be somewhat of a recluse, with strong anti-government ideas. He was a Vietnam veteran, and might have had PTSD. The neighbors were kind of scared of him, I guess he had threatened them with guns in the past. This is all just stuff that I've read in the past, I hope I remembered it all correctly!

I hope they make counseling available to the boy. I read that the child actually witnesed the killing. They (LE) were piss poor negotiators. This one stinks of cover up as well. I won't ever donate money to any of these causes period.
