Almost $10k an acre, but it's pretty there. Good luck but IDK the market for that neck of the woods. My brother and I just bought 1267 acres in Nv with over a 120 tilled and ready for row crop with water tights for 400 of those acrs for $300k. I'm hoping to turn 40 more acres into row crops this summer, and maybe 40 more next year.

Bellingham Washington is basically Seattle, trust me you don't want to be around 2 million liberals (local area) when the SHTF.

Bellingham is near the Canadian border - it is 100 miles from Seattle and most of the area up there is farmland.
I believe you were thinking of Bellevue which is just a few miles from Seattle and an urban/suburban environment.

Yes, Bellingham is about 100 miles north of Seattle. This property is outside Bellingham, in the County. The major thing around hear is dairy farming, although up along the mountains there is allot of logging too. It is a very rural area, not at all big city like Seattle.
