    Survival Tool Review

I recently bought 2 of these survival tools where it is a 4 in 1 shovel, axe, knife, saw. It is junk.

When the package arrived the handle was all dented on one of them. Told the seller I wanted a refund. In theory it is a really good tool but the mistake is the Chinese manufacturing it. The handle is very thin rolled metal. The shovel and axe is held together by rivets. The knife and saw is very thin. I made the huge mistake of ordering it and then researching it.

All of the reviews and videos I saw say don't buy it and basically it is plain junk. Here is a link to another tool that looks slightly better made but all of the reviews/videos I saw on it say the same. Junk

It takes a big man to admit he screwed up and still warn others about making the same mistake. Thank you for your warning.

You always take a chance on that Chinese stuff, sometimes you win, others times you don't, but your not out much.
I've got a few of those items in the closet that I can't seem to toss out.
    Ebay it for $12

But wait there's an update. I told the seller I wanted a refund and they came back with a $4.00. I told them heck NO, they came back with a full refund on the one and I get to keep it. I told them OK. I'm not sure if I am going to sell it at yard sale or improve it with what I can with welding the rivets and maybe try to fabricate a better handle.

My original reason for buying this is for my teenage boys car kit when they get a vehicle(truck if I have a say). if they are not going to be half ass reliable they will get yard sale.

I would check out survival techie for some updated information for survival gear. The one on multi-tool shovel might interest you as theyre not low quality ones on ebay.

Well i am very proud of my fairly new survival tool expandable baton. Its not real stout but think it would work as a precursor to dragging out Mr. Sig. lol. All the guys at the Sports Grill like to clown around with it..and it just fits in one of the secret inside pockets of my Biker Vest.
