Looks like something I heard about that is used at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
In a real gunfight it would be subject to counter battery fire, not quite mobile.

Think of one for a 16" HV rifle like those on the Iowa class BB, it would be the size of the empire state building.
That SP gun is the favorite ground based weapon of the IDF to put steel on the F'kn muzslime terrorist.
Can be set up and ready to fire in less than 5 minutes, it is extremely accurate, first round circle of error is about 30 feet @ 15K.
Range is about 20-30 k munition dependent.
