    BBQ Happiness

    Thought I'd share. These guys have got lots of good videos. Makes me want to pack up the family and the dog and go camping. Enjoy!

    A cool fall day, Chores done, College Football and a little bit of Jack Daniels and Diet Coke and 2 Big Ass Chicken Breasts on the Grill. Slippy' Famous Rub and some In-Di-Rect Heat...Don't get much better than this...

    I gotta try to find this kinda meat. Never heard of it. Think a thin chuck roast or thick chuck steak might work in a pinch?

    Here in New Jersey they're called country ribs or else short ribs. Not expensive as meat goes and they'ye easy to cook in the oven w/bbq sauce for a easy and fast dinner.
