All my chili is in the freezer, getting better every day.

So the answer is NO, you do not have a big ol' pot o' chili on the stove.

The recipe sounds good, and it should make a good batch of chili.

I am reading The 9/11 Commission Report, and I am about 1/4 of the way through it. It is very well written and it is worth reading. [Sep 23 2019]

My husband prefers Nalley's canned chili to homemade and that's fine with me. Less trouble (I hate to cook). I can get him to eat homemade chili, but I have to trick him by telling him it's soup.

And, thank you @Slippy for not using kidney beans in your chili.
