    Debris Sandwich

Well its a long story..but...as I was setting around at the pool hall for two buck Tuesday with an old Leninist acaquaintance graduate of Texas Tech and gastronomical guru who likes to eat. He started telling about one of the local dives in the rough part of Foat Wurth...had served him up the best Debris Sandwich he had since he was in Naw'lins. Being an old cajun at heart myself was suprised I had never heard of it. He say they also call it a Roast Beef Po Boy. After investigating it was discovered Texas folks call it a hot roast beef sandwich with gravy. Heres one way how to make it. Everybody says its messy to eat so have plenty of paper towels.
