The SOG E-tool has a pick axe on one side and a shovel on the other. It works pretty good and it's fairly inexpensive as well which is always a bonus.

This will teach me to not follow upon a thread I post! Never thought it would get to be three pages ! I just wanted to keep one in the back of my truck for "Just in case", but not wanting a full size shovel and have to worry about breaking the long handle.

Yeah, we've been raggin' your sorry ass for a couple of years now. We're like; Dang, that R-Mac, he'll ask a question about shovels and such and we'll all go into super-search mode and then 2 years later ol R-Mac shows up and says, "my bad I was just looking to toss an old shovel in the truck"... blah blah blah!

    (Just havin's some fun! )
