Is the Tac9er a valuable survival/camping or bug-out item or a novelty. Personal I see it as both, it is durable piece of equipment that I actually damaged trying to beat the heck out of it but regardless is still works fine and no one could tell unless I point out where I damaged the metal. However it has many functions I see as a not being practical but better to have and not need than need and not have. the Shovel works as well as any other collapse able, the shovel, the axe works pretty well, the saw back has a hell of a blade, the wire cutter may come in handy and I like the ability to put a survival knife together with a flint and compass and water tight storage are. The wrenches, screwdrivers and ruler I will probly not use myself.
