    I disagree.
"My bet" would be, he would define what he wanted as the goal and let the military figure out how best to do it....with his blessing.
I think under Trump "rules of engagement" would be thrown out the window.

I tend to of think Trump would act more like Lincoln...giving the go-ahead for Grant and Sherman to win the war.

But why did half of America vote for him?
There is a split in America, between socialist thinking and those who want it; and conservatism.

Conservatives are those who want to abide by the Constitution, passed by the Founders. Socialists are those, who want go split the goods produced.

The election was a contest between the Socialist and the American way of doing things.

And it looks like 1/2 of America is for socialism

I am reading The 9/11 Commission Report, and I am about 1/4 of the way through it. It is very well written and it is worth reading. [Sep 23 2019]

If you have to ask that you have no idea who Biden is and who he aligned himself with. Biden has been selling out the US for a long time. Pocketing huge payments from foreign government he allowed to rip off America and the world.
He is The worst of the swamp.

After reading this Obama said I am on it.

First off, the commies only ran Biden because he was the most electable of the sorry lot they had to choose from.
Comrad Harris was the one the really wanted, but she couldn't get a single vote.
Biden will shortly be removed (health reasons?), so the ho can be installed

That would be the hope, but I am not so sure Trump's ego would allow him to do that.

What the socialists don't understand is that they actually want conservatism/libertarianism and don't realize it. They want to limit police use of military weapons (although some are so radical that they do want the police defunded AND no guns, which is stupid) and are pro-choice; both of these stances are evidence of limiting government overreach. I don't think they want to split the profits of goods produced so much as they want the worker's essential role in the production process to be recognized by adequate compensation. What they do not realize about wages for production labor/service jobs, is that if it truly WAS a free market and not have everything regulated to death, the worker would be set FREE in order to set his own price through his own entrepreneurship.

I agree. I was just thinking that if President Trump had been president during the Korean War, we might have a lot less problems now than we do....

Regarding Trump's wall, CA, AZ and NM voted for Biden and therefore don't seem to mind illegals coming across the border, so obviously they don't seem to think it's a big problem, are they right?

    How about it Pedro?

i never heard about him interfering in Afghanistan or Syria or with Isis.

If he had, some general would have been on CNN talking about it.

From watching, listening and paying attention to him closely the last 5 years, it seems as long as you are working as hard or harder than he does, he leaves you alone.

There is no room for lackeys around him.

I don't know but I'd bet the same holds true for the military.

I'm sure as far as geopolitically he would get involved but hell, you don't want generals dictating that stuff anyway.
