    This is too funny

A blurb came across my news feed and I checked it out. It would appear that even when a gay doesn't say something nice about another gay, they are homophobic.

The New Republic published a piece on Friday titled "My Mayor Pete Problem" that was quickly criticized on social media as "homophobic" and derogatory. It was written by Dale Peck, an author and literary critic with a history of controversy. He, like Buttigieg, is gay.
Peck referred to Buttigieg as "Mary Pete" throughout the column and suggested he didn't want Buttigieg in the White House because he would be sexually promiscuous.
The whole article is funny. The upcoming D'rats debate is supposed to be about climate change. They are really gonna freak out wtih the solar minimum that could turn into a grand solar minimum. I hope they send a number of climate change experts to the sun so it can be investigated.

They are getting trapped by their own PCBS. There are so many PC rules they can't even figure it out. And we are letting them take over the country?

In (sometimes) paying attention to Democrats, I've found that instead of picking ways to help the citizens of The United States, they waste their time finding things that they deem discriminate someone somewhere. If they quit being so offended over nothing perhaps we get get a decent piece of legislation out of their ilk. Not in my lifetime, perhaps, but maybe in the 22nd Century.

Yikes, people have been discriminating against me all my life--even for being white. It didn't stop me from dating, marrying, graduating college and being gainfully employed for +50 years. Somebody somewhere isn't going to like your face, your diction, your politics, or even the knife you carry--believe it or not. I wear jeans everywhere, I tossed out my dress pants decades ago. What you see is what you get, and criticism isn't even a ripple in the road for me.

So, to all you libtards, get off the pity potty, stop pretending to be a victim, see what could benefit your constituents, and pass a real adult bill to help them. Duh.

    Mostly excellent points @The Tourist

    EXCEPT for 1 thing;

I do not want these fools in congress to pass anymore bills, in the best interest of the Republic, they need to repeal many many laws on the books.

Also in the best interest of the Republic, regarding immigration specificaly, simply enforce the laws already on the books.

Okay, I'll buy that. My comments were directed at the section of society not being served by this electorate because they're too busy posing for the evening news. I know our representatives, and strangely, they know me by some coincidence. I doubt this section of society knows how to contact people who can help them, and frankly, at this strata I doubt politicians care, at all.

We are in a civil war right now over how the US will be governed. It's a low intensity conflict but war none the less. Politicians don't have time to work on the day to day stuff. The push is for socialism. The left wants it and the conservatives are fighting it. Don't expect any sort of meaningful legislation until this is resolved.

Well, inceptor, I hope there is at least a short run of socialism in the New York State and California. Follow me here.

A socialistic state always ends the same. Oh, it works for a bit until the proletarians have eaten all of everyone else's food and spend all of everyone else's money. Then since they are not part of the underground economy (which is now stocking firearms for the revolution) they now castigate the dictators they once championed a scant few months ago. And if the army doesn't desert from all ranks, most will just start killing citizens rather than get pulled apart by a crazed mob.

Back to New York and California. Now weakened by strife, these states are about ready to make a deal--any deal. Here's where my gift of gab and Mafia-like upbringing can save the nation.

I will hand over a large amount of clean water and corn gruel if--and only if--both states agree to hand over all their Electoral Votes to Sonny Barger, and his hand selected group of "representatives." Oh, Pelosi will scream, but I have an idea she won't want to debate this group. In fact, tossing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at Mr. Barger might be a win/win for everybody.

So, in conclusion, let the libtards play house for awhile, and then come down on them like a "Night on Bald Mountain."

Gruel or starve! And stay away from the Harleys!
