My wife just laughs and laughs when I tell her am going to go out and chase young woman. She says my wallet isn’t thick enough and I wouldn’t know what to do with one if I happened to catch one. ( Sigh ) There goes my plan to find a young bimbo that will take care of me in the manner in which I want to become accustomed.

Speaking of young bimbos........ Where is @Mish ?

I have to respectfully disagree with you. There is a big difference between liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans. The Republicans lose an election or a vote on a major bill is defeated, the Republicans put their hands in their pockets, look at the floor and just like that, they are defeated. Today, Stacey Abrams, the Democrat, had to concede defeat to Republican Brian Kemp for governor. How did she handle it?

Within the same hour that she made her "not conceding concession speech, she had ads on tv wailing about Georgia's voting laws. Furthermore, she has FIFTEEN yes FIFTEEN lawyers that will be engaged in legal wrangling over the next four years, keeping her in the spotlight so that she can run again in 2022. Let me give you an example of what it takes to win:

In 1948, under Harry Truman (a Democrat), the Genocide Treaty was introduced into the United States Senate. Conservatives warned about how that bill would undermine U.S. sovereignty and so, the proposed treaty was defeated - and reintroduced and defeated - and reintroduced and defeated. The only administration that did not consider the Genocide Treaty was Dwight Eisenhower (a Republican, of course) until the bill was passed in 1986, fully ratified by the Senate in 1987 and signed into law by NEW WORLD ORDER President Ronald Reagan in 1988.

When the Republicans get defeated, they stay defeated. When they win, there is no follow - up, only people willing to rest on their laurels. And what happens?

Reagan - a Republican signs a bill to outlaw fully-autos for civilians despite the fact that the Democrats couldn't come up with one, single, solitary instance of where a legally held fully auto was used in a crime

George Bush - a Republican, after taking NRA money, signed an Executive Order outlawing semi-auto imports. Then he made a big spectacle of burning his NRA membership card in public

George W. Bush - a Republican, vowed to sign the Assault Weapons Ban (if Congress passed it) that was put into place by Bill Clinton

Donald Trump would support an assault weapons ban, outlawing private sales, universal background checks, a ban on bump stocks and a ban on high capacity magazines if the Democrats will vote to support the wall idea the Democrats supported and voted for in 2006.

The Democrats are masters at negotiating and chipping away at our gun rights. They attach unconstitutional bills like the Lautenberg Amendment to legislation that don't have squat to do with firearms and "conservatives" sign it with a smile on their face and joy in their hearts. Gun rights activists think out of sight, out of mind.

Adding insult to injury, I contacted the NRA a few days ago. After several attempts to talk to someone in the legislative department, I got a spokesman who had NEVER heard of the connection between SSRIs and mass shootings. The NRA had NO proactive legislation to prevent the Democrats from introducing anti - gun legislation, and had NO idea of how to prevent mass shootings before they happen.

Today the Democrats have a SUPER MAJORITY in the House of Representatives. Plain and simple, what that means is that NO Republican bill gets out of the House of Representatives without the Democrats. Know this: not one in 100 House members even owns a personal firearm. Never have your rights been in more danger and most gun legislation is passed when the Democrats own the House of Representatives. Without successful legislation being passed by a Republican in the House, they have no case for you casting a vote for them in the next presidential election - which, in turn, means the Senate gets flipped.

Gentlemen, if you want to preserve your Rights the lobbying begins this Monday morning and if you want to fight, school begins Monday as well. PM me and let's begin reversing the course for a change.

    Way up the Shannon

One member of the house openly demands your “assault “ weapons, and says to use force against those who resist. This isn’t one of the new dem socialist this one is on Fox often and a self admitted candidate for president.

We lower the rate of violence by attacking the root of the problem, not by the gun safety measures that are standard fare. With minimal effort we could virtually eliminate mass shootings without any kind of gun control. But we have to be the ones to start a grass roots effort to get the ball rolling. The NRA, the politicians and the controlled news and entertainment won't do it for you.

Actually this is kind of old news, like from 480 B.C.

Same old story, a bunch of illegal aliens move into a new area and immediately start making demands. The leader counters with, "Here's part of a wall, obey the law." The aliens claim the law doesn't apply to them.

They did not have Twitter in those days, so their leader just said, "μολὼν λαβέ."

It's still a sound course of action for people who want to break into our country and get mud on our rugs.
