    I agree that someone shouldn't die for selling smokes. The deceased should not have put the cops in a position where he had to be subdued because of failure to cooperate by resisting arrest and why are the cops vigorously enforcing tobacco taxation in a city where smoking dope is a $25 misdemeanor ticket? Lots of blame to go around here.

    Bwahahaha! (Not about the cop, the catholics - pay the cop)
    Apparently we are still not shopping enough to keep the stock market afloat and the punishment is retard riots.
    Last a couple days but then it will drop again and they will have to shoot another one.....not like theyre picking boy scouts....

    Very sad story. I dont think the cop choked him out. The cop was trying to give him the V neck carotid hing where they shut off the blood to the brain. The problem was the victim was a big old fat unhealthy guy and they should not have sit down on his chest to have a smoke after it was over. The moral is fighting with cops can be unhealthy. Dont try it. Rookies are highly dangerous.
