Howdy From North Of North Canada

Always been interested in prepping and into it on a fairly small scale but looking to up my game and truly make sure me and mine our ready should that day come.

We are pretty remote up here which is great, but looking to get more so and fully off-grid as well.

Look forward to learning and sharing where I can.

Welcome fron Southern Arizona, land of surf, sun and sand.
Ok, I lied, no real surf unless there is a monsoon flash flood.
But I have all the sand I need to fill my sandbags.

I would think you already are pretty well prepared if you're WAY UP NORTH.
I really want one of these!Hidden Content

    Welcome.

It will be informative for most here, to get some insight into off-grid, in a truly cold climate.

What general area of Canada are you in? How is internet hooked up? Satellite?

    Any roads/rail/airports close by?

I'm sure I'll pester you with questions about hunting/fishing/trapping.........

Canada..eh? Hearty welcome from the DFW area of N. Texas. We are still sorta mad at the mounties since they took my Uncles pocket pistol aways from him before they let him enter yalls nice country...and promised they would give it back when he exitied..but he exited a couple of thousand miles from where he came in and though it was a high dollar gun..it wasnt worth what it would cost in gas to go get it back. It seemed sorta rude.
