Really enjoy reading the forum. I was a bit anxious about registering, as I keep a pretty low profile online.
I've been prepping all my life, but only recently realized that I was a "prepper".
Grew up on a horse ranch out west (Colorado), where we grew all our own vegetables, beef, pork, chickens, hunted deer/elk etc.
Have lived in the desert (Arizona for 9 years) and now in the Rust Belt for the last 20 years.
Hobbies: Ham Radio, firearms (serious competition for several years, 30-40k rounds/year practicing). Long range rifle shooting (1000yds +), reloading, bullet casting, archery and fishing.
We are pretty well squared away, live in a rural neighborhood of 30 homes surrounded by 1000's of acres of agriculture.
Anyway, now that I'm registered, I can ask questions and maybe even answer a few.

Howdy. You better be reloading if you're shooting off that many rounds![]()
