    Another Million Mile Toyota

Say what you want about Toyota, but they make a product that lasts. Original engine. Remarkable.

Work never stops for both man and machine; at that point, the odometer read just under 996,000 miles. A week and a few long drives later, we got a text with unedited video evidence from Morvant confirming the truck's odometer rolled over to 999,999, where it will stay frozen for as long as the pickup keeps ticking.
Even with all the wear and tear, the pickup and its engine have held up quite well. He says he's on his 20th set of tires, second alternator and had his transmission rebuilt, although, he now regrets repairing it.

Not only does Toyota make a superior product to all American made, but most Japanese motorcycles are superior as well. Thanks for the reminder....

I am a fan of American made products, but you are just being ridiculous. Harley is struggling for a reason. Even moved a good chunk of their manufacturing out of country. Toyota is more American made than HD.

You buy jap crap? You might as well fly the rising sun in your front yard.

If you take the Jap or foreign parts off your stupid Harley you wouldn't be able to drive it.

I've got 230K on my Toyota truck. Only thing I've replaced is an alternator and just recently the radiator.

First you have to give up. First you have to know, not fear, know that someday you're going to die.

In all my years of riding bikes, 51 to be exact. Yes including a couple HD which I quickly got rid of. The one thing I've never seen behind a group of jap bikes is a couple trucks. Usually with a bike in the back following the "gang". Why is that??

Brother owns a semi truck repair shop along the side of I94 in WI. He laughs about all the bikes that show up at his shop looking for a quick repair or weld job. The couple weeks around Sturgis he repairs more HD then trucks. But never a Jap bike.
